Important Information
BEFORE YOU PROCEED...
WAITING TIME:
Maxi RMC require a pre-authorised payment of £90 + VAT for any waiting time that may be accrued. The payment will only be taken should any waiting time exceed the limits detailed below. Should you discharge the vehicle within the minimum times then no charge will be taken.
- The time allowed to discharge the vehicle after arrival on site is 5 minutes for each cubic metre of the load.
- A minimum of 30 minutes is included for all load quantities.
- Any further standing time will be charged at the rate of £90.00 per hour and charged pro rata for any part thereof.
CANCELLED ORDERS: All orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of £9.00 per m3.
SMALL LOAD: First part load after one full 6 m3 load of the same mix on the same day free of surcharge. Subsequent part loads charged at £45.00 per m3 not carried based on a 6m3 vehicle.
RETURNED CONCRETE: A disposal and handling charge of £95.00 per cubic metre or part thereof wil be charged for any volume returned as surplus to requirements. This is in addition to the charges for the ticketed volume of material requested and produced. (Min charge £95.00 for volumes under 1m³)
OUT OF HOURS: Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 06.30 – 16.30 and Saturday 07.30 – 11:30, additional charges will be incurred outside these hours.
SAME DAY EXTENDED OPENING HOURS: To be charged at:
£150.00 per hour weekdays 16:30 – 22:00 plus £50.00 per truck, per hour
£150.00 per hour Saturday 11:30 – 18:00 plus £50.00 per truck, per hour
The above rates will be charged pro-rata with a minimum charge of £100.00.
We reserve the right to assign additional charges for deliveries outside these extended hours.
HEALTH & SAFETY: There is a real danger of contact dermatitis or serious burns if skin comes into contact with wet cement mixes such as fresh concrete, mortar or screed. Wear suitable protective clothing and eye protection. Where skin contact occurs either directly or through saturated clothing wash immediately with soap and water. For eye contact, immediately wash out the eyes thoroughly with clean water. If swallowed wash out mouth and drink plenty of water.
All Concrete is supplied in accordance with a third party quality management system. Concretes are described & quoted on the basis of conformity with BS EN 206-1 / BS 8500 unless otherwise stated.
All concretes quoted will be produced from locally sourced materials, which may contain traces of Lignite.
While every effort is made to maintain a consistent colour, we must advise that we are unable to guarantee the use of materials from a single source.
Maxi RMC do not recommend the laying of concrete in temperatures below 5 degrees centigrade.
The above prices are subject to the addition of VAT. We regret that we are unable to quote fixed prices.
Price and delivery is based on user selection, no further specification received.
